Gian Hasbrock

Gian Hasbrock, MIRM, MCSP, CRS, e-PRO, is President of WOWISM, a real estate marketing consulting firm specializing in education, training and motivation based in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Now associated with Eagle Management, a member of the Rose and Womble family of companies, WOWISM offers new homes sales and marketing management consulting across the nation. Gian is Director of Training for Rose and Womble New Homes, based in Suffolk, VA, and is on the R&W management team, embedded as Sales Manager for Franciscus Homes in Virginia Beach.

As a new home sales specialist, Gian has sold over $70 million in residential real estate. An experienced sales manager on NC's Outer Banks, and in Hampton Roads, VA, Gian has held the reins of multimillion dollar operations and works with over 100 agents.

Gian was the 2004 recipient of the Institute of Residential Marketing's Trina Ripley Excellence Award and is an NAHB Master Instructor teaching the Train the Trainer program. As a member of the IRM faculty he serves as principal instructor of all eleven of the IRM's courses. Gian has been a presenter at the International Builders Show since 2000 and was a keynoter at the Super Bowl Sales Rally at IBS03.

He is the author of the IRM's Multicultural Sales, and content provider for Built to Sell, the IRM's newest program, co-author of Effective Marketing on a Shoestring Budget and the principal co-author of IRM 1: Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers. In 2005 he conducted over fifty educational programs around the nation and in Puerto Rico.

Gian is a REALTOR®, a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and Virginia and an authorized instructor for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's pre-, post-licensing and continuing education programs.

WOWISM sponsors educational programs as a joint venture partner with NAHB's University of Housing. The company sponsors CE mandatory, elective, pre- and post-licensing courses in NC and VA for the NC Real Estate Commission.

Gian also carries the CSP, CMP and GRI designations.
