Gian Hasbrock, MIRM, MSP, CGP, CRS is President of WOWISM, a real estate marketing consulting firm specializing in Education, Training, Motivation, Research, and Accountability. WOWISM exclusively offers approved NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Education courses leading to the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation. The two courses, The New Home Sales Professional and Understanding Today’s New Home Buyers, are each available either in classroom (in person) format or virtually using Zoom. Each program is a single day (in person) or either one full or two half days when presented virtually.
Since 1991, over 25,000 new home sales professionals have achieved the CSP designation. Gian also offers NAHB’s renowned Train the Trainer program, a prerequisite for those who wish to be authorized to instruct any NAHB Education program. This full day course is available in person only.
Gian has been an NAHB Principal Instructor for over 20 years. In that time he has instructed over 2,000 students and achieved a 4.89 (out of 5) evaluation score. Gian has authored or co-authored five sales and marketing courses for NAHB over the years. He recently retired from on-site sales after a legendary 30-year career. Gian was awarded Builder of the Year in 2019 from the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. He served as President of the HBA DOC in 2018. In 2015 and 2017 Gian won Salesperson of the Year from the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council at their MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards. In 2011 he was the inaugural recipient of NAHB’s National Sales & Marketing Council’s Sales & Marketing Educator of the Year Award. Gian received the Institute of Residential Marketing’s Trina Ripley Excellence in Education Award in 2003.
